The role


We're looking for a Junior entry level Digital Asset Manager to work across two high-profile brands. The Asset Manager responsibilities are the ingest, classification, organisation, management and reporting of multi-channel assets for any given brand or portfolio. This person will be the primary point of interface with out clients multi-channel Asset Management systems.

This role will be located in our London office (London Bridge) and will be a hybrid role of working both remotely and in the office depending on COVID.




·       Interface with clients production and creative partners to ensure a smooth and successful master asset supply process for all new asset deliveries.

·       Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Production Centres, Tech teams.

·       Coordinate the master assets QC by liaising with our internal QC teams and reporting back to clients production and creative partners.

·       Ensuring the consistent application of asset naming conventions.

·       Ensure all assets have the correct metadata prior to uploading to the system.

·       Relationship build with clients' content creation teams to improve quality and tagging of assets in the Asset library.

·       Proactively analyse new assets to highlight duplication and suggests strategies for efficiency moving forward.


Qualifications & Experience


·       Understand asset types and communication channels.

·       Articulate and accustomed to a client facing role.

·       Analytical, numerate and able to generate and interpret reports on the utilisation of assets and campaigns
